Technical Description: – This may be caused by a 3rd row seat fold motor malfunction. Status: – – – The 3rd row seat backrest and base motors have now been released as a lower level service part, preventing the need to replace the seat frame assemblies to service the motors. Please refer to the lower level assembly service parts to conduct repairs wherever possible upon diagnosis of a seat fold motor failure. The service procedure has been added to the Workshop Manual, section 501-10: Seating > Removal and Installation > Third Row Seat Recline Motor or Third Row Seat Folding Actuator Motor.
