295/75R22.5 Endurance LHS, LR G & LR H
Dear Tire Dealer:
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is aware that some 295/75R22.5 Endurance LHS,
LR G and LR H commercial truck steer tires manufactured week 4821 (“subject tires”) have
experienced crown separations and some center rib detachments that have resulted in adjustments
and property damage claims. Due to the level of customer dissatisfaction, we have decided to
conduct this proactive Customer Satisfaction Campaign to replace the subject tires.

Records indicate that you may have purchased one or more of the subject tires. We ask that you
contact any customers or dealers who may have purchased one or more of these tires from you
and ask for the tires to be returned for inspection and replacement. In addition, please check any
tires remaining in your inventory to determine if they are part of the campaign, and per the
attached Product Service Bulletin, return them as well using the warranty return process. We are
also attaching a customer letter that should be forwarded to your customers that purchased these
tires.
