This is seen as a large gap between bumper and headlamp. Cause: Production standards inadequate. Action: Jaguar Cars have introduced an improved internal plant monitoring process to ensure the profile is improved. However on vehicles where the front bumper to headlamp gap profile is deemed unacceptable by the customer Content please adjust the front bumper to achieve the desired profile. (see attached pdf. for fixing locations). 1. Locate 8mm bolt and loosen. 2. Apply pressure to the front of the bumper indicated by arrow 2 hold position and tighten bolt. To centralise the front bumper cover follow these further steps to rectify. 1. Loosen 8mm bolts 1 to 4. 2. Move the bumper side to side to gain symmetry. 3.
