Technical Service Bulletin 37 Vehicle Does Not Accelerate After Coming To A Stop. SAFE Warning Displayed On Instrument Cluster 37 22 06 2067546/1 July 14, 2022. Model(s) e-tron GT, and RS e-tron GT Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment 2022 – 2023 All Not Applicable Condition Customer states: Upon the vehicle resting at a stop, for a period of time greater than 30 seconds, the vehicle will no longer accelerate. “SAFE” warning is shown by the instrument cluster (Figure 1). Technical Service Bulletin Workshop findings: No relevant DTCs are stored. Technical Background If a button on the remote key is pressed and held for longer than 60 seconds while driving, it is possible that a reset of the convenience control module J393 (address word 0046) may occur. If the convenience control module J393 (0046) performs a reset, the vehicle is prevented from accelerating at the next stand still event lasting over 30 seconds. Production Solution Updated software in the convenience control module J393 (0046). Service Update convenience control unit J393 (DA0046) with SVM. To enter the SVM code, use “Flash” mode on the ODIS tester. The SVM code is 46A032. Follow the instructions on the tester. 1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions. 2.
