Effective immediately, Service Actions 91CZ, 91DC and 91Di have been closed and no further
software updates can be made under these codes. This closure includes Over-the-Air (OTA)
updating as well.
Dealers who have scheduled customers for any of these action codes are asked to reach out
to cancel those appointments.
All outstanding claims must be submitted in SAGA by July 31, 2022. After this date, claims will
no longer be accepted in the system and no further payments will be made.
Dealers with any questions should contact Warranty.
