DTC U0111-00 Lost Communication with Battery Energy Control Module “A”
will come on
Incorrect Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) harness routing causing
tension on connector C4YB01D resulting in high resistance/open circuit.
Status:
–
Remove the original clipping feature on the MHEV Battery harness and replace
with a suitable cable tie (200mm x 4.8mm) making sure the harness is routed
correctly and not tight putting the harness under stress as per the attachment
and check for connector damage and repair if required.
