TECHNICAL TOPICS BODY/CHASSIS 17- 22MY Y Discovery,, 20-22MY Y Defenderr Clicking/Ticking g Type e Noise e Whilstt Turning Customer Voice: – A customer may report a clicking or ticking type noise from the front wheel area when driving at low speeds and turning the vehicle to full lock. Technical Description: – A clicking/ticking type noise may be heard from the front hub area when turning to the left or to the right at full lock at low speeds. This may be caused by the front hub retaining bolts. Status:. – – – SSM 75779 has been published to address this concern by replacing the front hub retaining bolts. Please refer to these SSMs should a customer express a concern. The SSM provides the part number and containment VINs. This affects models with 350mm or 365mm front brake discs only.
