Technical background During Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) brake to stop events, it is possible for the brake pressure to decay at a rate outside of specified parameters, DTC - U040100 50273/C461 “Invalid Data Received From ECM/PCM "A"” will therefore be stored within the Transmission Control Unit. When the DTC is stored the Customer will not be aware, there will be no warning from the Driver Instrument Panel (DIP) and no effect on performance of the vehicle. Production change Under investigation. Measure If the DTC is found to be stored within the Transmission Control Unit check the “status”, if it is Passive / Inactive, the DTC should be ignored and no further action taken. If the DTC is Static / Active, then this should be treated as a genuine vehicle fault, analysis and repair of the fault should therefore be carried out. INTERNAL
