Issue: A Customer may report a resonance type noise
from the Engine area of their vehicle on 2.2D engine
derivative.
Cause: This may be due to the coolant spacer clips being
in an incorrect location on the coolant hoses.
Content
Action: Please refer to the attached document that shows
the correct location for the coolant spacer clips.
Photo A shows the correct & incorrect location of the
spacer clips on the hose assy.
Photo B shows the hose assy fitted on a vehicle, detailing
where the correct location for the spacer clip should be.
