This can happen If the radio Speed Adjustment Volume is set at “3”, the highest setting, the volume sensation will be increased to drastic creating a confusion to the customer. Please follow Speed Adjustment How-to. Please check the setting before replacing radio for similar complaints of audio uncontrollable or changing on its own.
