Complaint
Overhead control panel makes noises/rattles
Cause
Noise and/or rattle present as a result of missing foam pads for sound dampening.
Remedy
A. Expose the frame of the overhead control panel (cf. picture 1.1 - WIS AR82.20-P-1000S)
B. Review the label of the overhead control panel (cf. picture 1.2, label on top of overhead control panel
A0009008539).
If a blue dot is present on the label, perform step C as an immediate measure.
If the label does not have a blue dot: Order a new overhead control panel and perform step C as an immediate measure with the new component part
C. Apply the foam pads (3 in total) as per picture 1.3. with the following dimensions

One Pad: 30*30*10 mm (length, width, height)
Two Pads: 40*25*2 mm (length, width, height)
The pads in the corners should extend as far as possible into the corners (cf. green marking in picture 1.4).
D. Assembly of the removed parts
In the event of complaints after manufacturing date 16 December 2022 -> Create a TIPS case.
