Condition
The customer complains that the front turn signal is not working and that a corresponding warning is present in the
instrument cluster.
The workshop verifies the customer complaint and observes one of these fault codes:
•
C11A401_000440 (Turn signal bulb, electrical malfunction)
•
B182700 – (Feedback, blinking status, impl. signal) *This may be a consequential fault in the rear BCM
The customer or workshop may also observe that the amber colored turn signal does not illuminate as expected.
Technical Background
Porsche is investigating this issue. The condition is prominent when the vehicle is in low voltage situations.
(Example: Key on while engine off or automatic start-stop engaged.) When the root cause is fully determined, we will
update this document.
Service Information
In the meantime, the customer can mitigate this issue by disabling start/stop. Please recommend this temporary
workaround.
