A software update is now available for address 0006 (Front passenger seat control unit) The update relates to the operation of the Bentley
airline seat footrest. The footrest is integrated into the back of the front passenger seat
NOTICE
The software update eliminates the risk of the footrest failing to deploy or stow
Technical background
The operative must check and confirm that (SC23/04) is VIN applicable
In the event that (SC23/04) is VIN applicable the operative must conduct the Service Campaign to completion
However in the event that (SC23/04) is not VIN applicable and there is an operational issue with the Bentley airline seat
footrest, the operative should raise a Technical DISS query and await feedback before conducting any further work
