2023 F-Super Duty – Pro Power Onboard - Pop Up Message Present With
The Close Soft Button Inoperative
Some 2023 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with Pro Power Onboard may exhibit a pop up message Pro
Power Onboard Turned Off on the center display screen. This occurs when wattage thresholds are
exceeded. The message can not be cleared using the close soft button (reset button works after load
disconnected). This may be due to the APIM software. Replacement or reprogramming of the APIM may
not resolve this condition. Engineering is currently working on a solution and will be released via over the
air (OTA) software update expected in Q2 2023. Customers that have experienced this concern should
verify automatic updates are enabled and that the vehicle has been run long enough to receive updates
via OTA. Monitor OASIS for additional information.
