We’ve made improvements to the software update process, including the ability to enter your vehicle
using your Key Fob during a non-drivable update.
You’ll also now receive new pop-up alerts to inform you when a precondition is not being met so that
you can take the required action to receive your update. For a non-drivable update, preconditions
may include that your vehicle is parked, it’s not running, all the lights are off, doors and trunk are
closed, and you’re not pressing the brake pedal.

With this latest Ford Power-Up software update, you can now share your experiences by recording
and sending voice feedback from the convenience of your vehicle. We will use this feedback to help
make quality and design improvements. If you have a safety or service-related concern, please
contact your dealer or the Customer Relationship Center.

updates:
Video Streaming
Charging your vehicle is about to get more entertaining. You will soon be able to watch video
streaming on your SYNC® 4A Technology screen. Tap on the top center icon and click the
entertainment tab to get started. All you need is a Ford Streaming Connected Service plan or Wi-Fi to
begin. For more details on Ford Streaming, check out the Connected Services tile in the FordPass®
App or visit Ford.com/connectedservices. Only available in the U.S.
SYNC® 4A With Even More Wow
We just unveiled a new, modern design that will make it simple to find your favorite settings and
controls, create your personal profile, return to the home screen and even set your cabin temp using
the volume knob.

through SYNC® from virtually anywhere.
So, whether you’re sitting in a restaurant’s parking lot enjoying a lunch break or waiting outside a
retail store or coffee shop, you will be able to connect to public Wi-Fi through your SYNC screen. Then
it’s just a matter of being redirected to accept any terms and conditions and voilà — you’re online.
Take advantage of this feature so you can download software updates fast, get seamless access to
popular news and entertainment platforms and more, right on your in-vehicle screen.

Game On
Bridge Battle is a strategy game played between two players or the computer. To win, you must
create a bridge from one of your sides to the other before your opponent does. And, if you like
puzzles, you’ll love Parking Lot. The objective of this game is to find a pathway to get your hero car
out of a busy lot.
