Some customers may comment on Check Engine Lamp illuminated on the Driver Information Center (DIC).
Technicians may find one or more of the following DTCs set:

P0236 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor Performance
P0238 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0299 - Engine Underboost
GM Engineering is attempting to determine the root cause of the above condition. Engineering has a need to
gather information on vehicles PRIOR to repair that may exhibit this condition. As a result, this information will
be used to "root cause" the customer's concern and develop/validate a field fix.
Correction

dangerous goods. In the event of a conflict between the procedures set forth in this bulletin and the laws that apply to your dealership, you must
follow those applicable laws.
If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, perform the following steps and contact the engineer listed below:
1.
Check for continuity
2.
Make sure all connections are secure on wire harness all the way back to ECM for all 3 connector pinout
3.
Verify that the DTC code is still being set when vehicle restarts
4.
Call the engineer listed for further instructions.
