Service Information Offboard Diagnostic Information System Service (ODIS Service) Number: VOS-23-08 Subject: Software Version Update, Enhancements and Fixes Date: April 7, 2023 Supersedes VOS-23-04 due to new diagnostic content The following ODIS Service software versions are available for download. Current ODIS Service Software Versions Application: V11.0.1 Diagnostic Content: V2.47.9 Key Fixes/Enhancements for Diagnostic Content: V2.47.9: 1. Driver head curtain airbag igniter Resistance too high N251_X_1_0312_11_00011 - The vehicle voltage is: 0.0 V To continue the test, the following test requirements apply: - Veh. sys. volt. greater than 9 volts. - The voltage measured value is not read correctly. The vehicle voltage is greater than 9 volts. With 0.0 V and “NO” input, test requirement not met. CA/CM Atlas 2018 – 2023. 2. High-voltage system, de-energize SYS_X_1_0214_HV_Spannungsfreiheit_herstellen_00000 Perform diagnostic power disconnection. - Diagnostic power disconnection with active high-voltage system was unsuccessful. - Voltage Electric Drive Control Module 2 - J944: 0.0 V. - The #1 problem is that "diagnostic" de-energization is not possible, because it does not read the voltage measured value from J944 front motor power electronics JX4. E8 - ID.4 2021 - 2023. 3. High-voltage system, de-energize SYS_X_1_0214_HV_Spannungsfreiheit_herstellen_00000. - The document showing connector unlocking information for the auxiliary connector is not correct. E8 - ID.4 2021 - 2023. 4. B127801: Wire for video signal from front camera electrical error SIG_X_J928_1_0915_11_Kameraleitungen_00000. - ECF_SET_VALUE_ERROR - The value Front camera quality for the request parameter Record Data Identifier could not be entered. Service Information - There is a sporadic event memory entry stored relating to the component (Low temperature circuit coolant pump -V468-) present. - For this reason, there will only be a visual inspection of the connector and the electrical wires to the component (Low temperature circuit coolant pump -V468-). - Test states fault code P0A0600 is sporadic but fault remains active and static in the ECM and will not clear. B107804: Right rear center parking aid sensor faulty G205_X_1_0619_11_alle_MXB_Fahrzeugtypen_00000 ODS5003E. - Test step: Evaluate event memory - Error ID: Infrastructure.GFS.ODS5003E BW - Tiguan 2018 – 2023. 7. B10131B: Driver's Belt Force Limiter Resistance too high is set but no test plan provided in current Test plans for the fault code. E8 - ID.4 2021 - 2023. 8. B102201: Passenger occupant detection system control module electrical error J706_X_1_0314_11_00000. - Test step: Voltage - The vehicle voltage is: 0.0 - The vehicle voltage measured value is not read correctly and greater than 9 volts. The vehicle voltage is greater than 12 volts. BW - Tiguan 2018 – 2023. 9. P044900: EVAP System Vent Valve Control Circuit/Open SYS_X_1_0816_11_X_X_OBD1_XX_FSB_OBD1_N288_00011 - Set all performed measures back to their original state. - P044900 is active/static in the ECM; test plan is inconclusive and ends without performing any system diagnosis. CL - Taos 2022 - 2023. 10. B116229: Selector lever park position lock switch Range/Performance F319_X_1_0913_11_BCM_UDS_00011 Test step: wiring check: Test step states to perform a visual inspection and to check wires and connectors between the following: - Vehicle Electrical System Control Module - J519 - Selector Lever Park Position Lock Switch - F319 The wiring diagram and repair manual does not show the vehicle is equipped with F319. B10001B: Driver airbag igniter Resistance too high N95_X_1_0312_11_00011 - Test step: Voltage - The vehicle voltage is: 0.0 -The vehicle voltage measured value is not read correctly and greater than 9 volts. The vehicle voltage is greater than 12 volts. AU - Golf 2013 – 2021 13. B101C07: Driver seat belt switch mechanical malfunction E24_4M_XXXX_1_0614_11_00021 Test step: Malfunction type 11_STEP1/2. - Insert seat belt into belt lock. Observe the current measuring value below. The readout must indicate connected. - Remove seat belt from belt lock. Observe the current measuring value below. The readout must indicate not connected. - Current measuring value is not read/displayed. E8 - ID.4 2021 - 2023. 14. P06C500: Cylinder 1 Glow Plug Incorrect is active in the ECM, but no test added to current Test Plan for the fault code. 16 - Jetta 2011 – 2018, CVCA 2.0l TDI SCR / 110 kW. 15.
