CONDITION
Some customers may complain of the suspension feeling stiff while driving or going over bumps.
Some dealerships may have forgotten to remove the transportation spacer during the PDS process
which can result in a stiffer than normal suspension feel.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Lift vehicle and inspect the front coil spring to confirm if the transportation spacer is still installed.
If the transportation spacer is still installed, follow the removal process outlined on page 9 in the “2023
GR Corolla Pre-Delivery Service (PDS)” document.
