DATE June 1, 2023 FROM Kevin Kearns, Custom Support Manager TO E-ONE Customers & Dealers Reyco Granning Independent Front Suspension Shock Mount Technical Service Bulletin 2023-1210 E-ONE has been contacted by Reyco Granning concerning the Independent Front Suspension (IFS) on your vehicle. Some IFS-FT units may have shock absorbers that experience excessive loading during road events that cause full extension of the shock absorber. This can result in damage to and possible failure of the shock absorber. To rectify this situation, Reyco Granning, the manufacturer of the IFS, has provided the following instructions to repair the issue. This repair will be performed at no charge to you. Please contact your E-ONE dealer to schedule the repair. It should take approximately 1.5 hours for 20k units and 4.0 hours for 24k units to install the kit.
