Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment All Not Applicable Q7, SQ7, Q8, 2020 – 2024 SQ8, and RS Q8 Condition Customer states: Squeaking noises are heard from the foot well area when steering. Workshop findings: The customer statement can be reproduced. The noise is caused by the intermediate steering shaft. Technical Background Rubber ring on the intermediate steering shaft rubs against the sealing boot. Production Solution Not applicable.
