Technical Service Bulletin 01 MIL on - 4.0TFSI Cylinder 1 or 6 Misfires - RS6 or RS7 - P03000, P030100, P030600 01 23 74 2071263/1 August 24, 2023. Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment RS 6, and RS 7 2022 All Not Applicable Condition Customer states: • The MIL/exhaust emissions warning light flashes or is intermittently illuminated. • No noticeable differences in performance are noted while the MIL/ exhaust emissions warning is illuminated. • The “Start System: Fault” may also appear in the instrument cluster. Workshop findings: The following DTCs with specified ambient conditions must be stored in the ECM, -J623- (address word 0001): • P030000 (Misfire detected) • P030100 (Cylinder 1 Misfire detected) • P030600 (Cylinder 6 Misfire detected) Ambient Conditions • Engine speed below 1900 rpm • Normed load value: less than 20% • Engine oil temperature: below 75 C Note: If misfires for other cylinders or the ambient conditions outside the scope mentioned above are stored in the ECM, -J623- (address word 0001), please continue with normal diagnosis process.
