Situation:
JLR Engineering investigations have found the Terrain Response (TR) mode soft key on the touchscreen
driver side bar can latch on and persist across multiple ignition and sleep cycles leading to obscuration of
the touchscreen view and impedes underlying soft key function.
Cause:
Defect in the PIVI infotainment software (IP35 and IP36)
Action:
Follow the instruction(s) below.
SERVICE INFORMATION:
Driver can self-heal the issue by sliding up or down on the 'TR MODE' soft key on the touchscreen driver
side bar (slide it do not press it)
