WNP5 - Replacing Drain Hose on Heating/Fresh-Air Unit (Workshop Campaign)
Revision:
This bulletin replaces bulletin Group 8 67/23 WNP5, dated June 5, 2023.
Model Year:
As of 2017 up to 2018
Model Line:
Cayenne (92A)
Concerns:
Drain hose on heating/fresh-air unit
Cause:
A drain hose not manufactured according to specifications may have been installed on the
heater/fresh-air unit on affected vehicles.
If so, it cannot be ruled out that condensation may accumulate in the air conditioning drainage system
during regular operation and over the service life of the vehicle. As a result, moisture can enter the
vehicle interior via the footwell ventilation duct.
Action:
Replace the drain hose on the heating/fresh-air unit.
Affected
Vehicles:
Only vehicles assigned to the campaign (see also PCSS Vehicle Information).
