Technical Background Ground faults are typically due to installation errors. Dip switches 2. Voltage measurements should be within 10% of the network type selected (120, 208, 240) and within 10% of each other for all 3 measurements: a. L1 -> L2 b. L1 -> G c. L2 -> G 3. Ground inspection: a. Must be directly to earth ground, e.g. no floating neutrals, junction points, or pipe grounds b. Ensure the charger is not installed on a high-leg (delta transformer configuration) 4.
