Model(s) Year Eng.Code Trans.Code All 2005> All All If a comfort or body control module is replaced during normal diagnosis, make sure the factory mode has been switched OFF. This can be accomplished by selecting guided function of either the J393 or J519 or control module OBD of J393 or J519 then selecting adaptation channel 99. Failure to deactivate factory mode will create a concern where the door locks will not lock and/or unlock with the switch and/or the remotes. 64-12-02 Window Switch Replacement September 19, 2014: Update to information. Model(s) Year Eng.Code Trans.Code Jetta 2011–2015 All All Be advised that when replacing a window switch on the listed models, that the switch is not damaged during the removal process. It is preferred to use a bone tool to remove the switch from the housing as opposed to a screwdriver, to prevent the risk of the repair being debited (see examples below). It is also recommended to remove the window switch prior to removal of a door trim panel. This is in order to avoid the weight of the trim damaging the switch or the wire harness. Always check the connections and wiring prior to replacement of the switch. 87-14-01 AC Compressor Replacement, Refrigerant Circuit Flushing Requirement Model(s) Year Eng.Code Trans.Code All models (except Routan) 2011–2015 All All When replacing the Air Conditioning compressor it is necessary to flush the entire system to remove all the PAG oil. Note: AC Compressors come with a full oil charge, after flushing the refrigerant circuit no oil needs to be added during recharging. Always verify the oil amount in the new AC compressor. Vendor PAG Part Number Sanden Denso G 052.154.A2 G 052.300.A2 Use the ROB134APF Air Conditioning Service System with VAS 6337/1A Air Conditioning System Flushing Device.
