SITUATION
A newly released OTA software update v2.0.53 is available for download and installation.
INFORMATION
On-going user satisfaction improvements in quality, performance and feature enhancements have been
addressed in the release v2.0.53.
CORRECTION
New Features and improvements:
•
Added a new service routine for the Rear Seat Display
•
Enable debug logs to upload when vehicle has LTE service access
•
Improved the vehicle “wake-up” function when using the FF app to improve gear selection delay when
moving out of position “P”
•
Improved Front Passenger Display and Rear Seat Display screen media loading
•
Fixed Center Infotainment Display (CID) freeze
•
Fixed the “ticking” sound after an iHub reset
•
Fixed the Charge Door status notification where status would display “SNA”
•
Improve wake up and sleep latency with key card access
•
Fixed the Rear Seat Display (RSD) inability to load media
•
Improved the audible chime logic while waiting at an intersection in gear position D
PROCEDURE
1. Determine the vehicle’s current software (sw) integration level:

When a new software update is “pushed” to the
car, “Software Update Available” notification may
be displayed during the next vehicle start-up.
Software level is found by selecting:

on the bottom tool bar
b. Settings
c. General
Vehicle SW level will then be displayed.

2. If the current software level is v2.0.52 or lower,
proceed to update the vehicle.
3. “System Update in Progress” notification will
be displayed showing the progress %.

4. Once the update is complete, “Software
Updated” notification will be displayed.
