Situation:
JLR Customer Care has received reports that retailers are unable to complete navigation installations at
PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection).
Cause:
Range Rover Evoque & Land Rover Discovery Sport 24MY have only USB-C ports on the UIP (User
Interface Panel).
Action:
Retailers need to locally source one of the 2 following options:
USB-A to USB-C OTG (on-the-go) adaptors for use with existing USB-A Sticks
USB-A & C Combo drive (formatted to FAT32 with at least 64GB of storage)
