Reminders have been added to reiterate that the bulletin referenced above applies only
to vehicles that have had an OTA software update failure.
The work outlined in the bulletin should be performed only if the customer statements
and workshop findings match.
Please take the time to ensure everyone in your dealership with campaign-related
responsibilities has thoroughly reviewed the revised OUF7 Bulletin that has been
published to ELSA and the Service References tool in Elsa2Go.
Please discard any paper copies you may have printed and ensure they are replaced
with the most current version.
