Some customers may comment the MIL is illuminated or Service High Voltage Message displayed on the IPC and the
vehicle could operate in a reduced power mode.
Condition
A technician may find any of the following DTCs P0B13, or U2AF1 set in history.
This could be related to external station anomaly.
Cause
Engineering is working on a future software / OTA release.
Correction:
Note: Updated Software and Calibrations will be released at a later date in the form of an OTA update or Service Programing. Please
inform the customer to accept any future OTA updates for their vehicle.
1. With the vehicle in Service mode, use GDS2, verify P0B13 or U2AF1 has set in history
If fault code P0B13 or U2AF1 is current, do not perform PI procedure and continue through standard diagnostics for DTC P0B13 or U2AF1
2. If fault code P0B13 or U2AF1 is stored in history, clear all DTCs, and verify charging operation on level 2 and level 3 chargers.
3. If vehicle charging functions properly, recommend to avoiding any possible suspect charging stations until software updates are available
and implemented.
