Condition
A technician ma y find that a ve hicle that just arrived from the
transport truck ma y not charge on L1, L2, or DCFC.
Cause
As part of the manufacturing process a Charging Inhibit Latch is
built into the vehicle Software.
Correction:
Ensure the vehicle is removed from T ransport Mode and drive the vehicle 5 miles. After
driving for 5 miles test to mak e sure the vehicle charges, if it does not than foll ow
normal service information diagnostics.
