Customer states:
The setup wizard is displayed every time the vehicle is started.
Technical Background
The setup wizard has not been fully completed therefore it displays on every startup as designed.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
Do not perform any repairs. Any repairs for this concern may be denied.
Instruct the customer that this condition is normal.
• The customer can either reset the MMI to factory settings and then complete all steps in the setup wizard to
fully personalize their vehicle.
Or
• The setup wizard can be deactivated via Settings >> Notifications, or via the notification shortcut in the dropdown menu (Figures 1 and 2).
