Technical Background
A software related issue in the Audi Android Module -J1243- (address word 078E) may cause the issue described
in this TSB.

• Explain to the customer that a solution is expected to be available by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2024
(subject to change) and that no repairs are necessary at this point. Do not replace any components for this
condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern.
• The new software for the Audi Android Module -J1243- (address word 078E) will be distributed via an over-theair (OTA) update, therefore, no further dealership visit is required regarding this complaint.
Workaround:
Weather information can be accessed via the conventional Audi Connect weather tile.
