NOTICE
However
The damage could also be evident on one or a combination of the following switches:
•
Backrest
•
Head restraint
•
Lumber support
•
Back massage
•
Bolster switches
Referring to Figure 1 - The seat cushion switch is out of position, this damage was caused by misuse / force (Figure 1)

Figure 2 shows the switch in the correct position (No damage)

Damage is also evident on the switch pack outer cover (Point B) due to excess force being applied to the switch

Should any seat adjustment switches be identified as damaged at the time of vehicle delivery or during the Pre Delivery
Inspection (PDI) the operative must conduct Section 1 within the Measure section
Or
Should any of the seat adjustment switches be identified as damaged after the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) has been
conducted the operative must conduct Section 2 within the Measure section

Section 1 - Seat adjustment switch found damaged at the time of vehicle delivery or during the Pre Delivery Inspection
(PDI)
INTERNAL
To allow Bentley Motors to investigate the cause of the damage / breakage the operative must raise a technical DISS query and supply the
information as detailed below:
• Confirmation of switch damage (e.g. leg support cushion switch broken)
•
Completed questionnaire (attached)
•
Current ODIS log
•
Photographs of the broken / damaged seat adjustment switch at the time of vehicle delivery
•
Photographs of any damage to the switch pack outer cover
NOTICE
IMPORTANT: Await feedback via the open DISS query before conducting any further work
Section 2 - Seat adjustment switch found damaged after the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) has been conducted
