Some customers with an Apple iPhone 15 may comment that after updating to iOS
17.1 that they are no longer able to charge their phone when using the vehicle’s built
in wireless charger.
Cause
The cause of this concern is an issue within the Apple iOS 17.1 version.
Correction:
Apple has released a new iOS update to correct this concern. Please ask the customer to update their iPhone 15
to iOS version 17.2 or greater.
