Why are you IMT has recently released software updates for all CMD.CTRL™ displays (software update 2.1), body modules (software update 2.2), and crane modules (software update 2.2).
receiving
this bulletin? These software updates prevent cross-compatibility between previous revision P1.XX and
new revision P2.XX; requiring all components to have uniform top-level software specified
by either P1 or P2. Any values following the decimal are to be disregarded as they have no
effect on component compatibility. This update includes added selections for rotary screw
and piston compressors and performs several other background system enhancements.
What should
you do?
Verify current revision of software on CMD.CTRL™ display, body module, and crane
module. See attached instructions.

If during upfit it is determined any components are at a previous software revision,
proceed in updating all components to the latest revision, P2.1(Display) and P2.2 (Body and
Crane). IMT recommends updating both modules and display to the latest software revision
regardless of current software installed.
What will we
do?
IMT has begun implementing the new revision of software for quantities on hand. Bodies
and cranes shipped after 1/29/2024 will include the new software installed for all
components. A copy of the latest software and required instructions will be uploaded to the
Distributor Resource Center website to aid in updating necessary components.


