Classification: RA23-002 Reference: Date: NTB24-011 February 2, 2024 ROAD DEBRIS PRESENT ON REAR SHOCK MOUNTS APPLIED VEHICLES: APPLIED DATES: 2021-2023 Rogue (T33) Built on or before October 18, 2023 IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states that they hear a clicking, rattle, or squeak noise from the rear of the vehicle when driving over bumps, AND You confirm there is not a debris cap present on the rear shock absorber mounting bracket and road debris is present on the shock absorber mounting bracket. ACTION Replace both rear shock absorber mounting brackets and install debris caps. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. Refer to the ESM: SUSPENSION > REAR SUSPENSION > REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > REAR SHOCK ABSORBER > Disassembly and Assembly Install the debris caps from PARTS INFORMATION. PARTS INFORMATION DESCRIPTION INSULATOR ASSY – MOUNTING, SHOCK ABSORBER NUT CAP – REAR SHOCK ABSORBER (Debris Cap) PART NUMBER QUANTITY 55320-5MP1A 2 01223-A2011 2 56204-5MP0B 2 CLAIMS INFORMATION Submit a Primary Part (PP) type line claim using the following claims coding: DESCRIPTION RPL Both Shock Absorber Insulator Mounts (1) (2) PFP OP CODE SYM DIA FRT (1) NH35AA ZL 32 (2) Reference the electronic parts catalog and use the Shock Absorber Insulator Mount (55320-*****) as the Primary Failed Part (PFP). Reference the current Nissan Warranty Flat Rate Manual and use the indicated Flat Rate Time (FRT).
