• The message repeatedly appears in the infotainment display: “New settings are now available for your
user account. Do you want to apply them?”
and/or
• After confirming the message (by pressing OK) several user settings are reset in the infotainment
system. The message is sometimes shown again after switching the ignition off and on.
and/or
• The color of the background lighting changes automatically.
The infotainment message is erroneous. After updating the software the message will not return.

Incorrect software in the databus diagnostic interface (-J533-).

Service
The following points must be observed before following the test plan.
• ODIS Tester patch version (product version) 11.0.0 and the base line version (diagnosis didb
GFS-v) 2.26.11 or higher must be installed.
Parameter change in the diagnostic interface address 8124 (application server 1 system 2, Java)
Perform the procedure as follows:
• Start ODIS diagnosis and wait until the reading of all control units is complete.
• In the test plan tab press the “Select self test” control button.
• Under software management open sub menu 8124 (application server 1 system 2, Java) and then
select the test program “8124_save _PSO” and attach the test plan.
• Start the test program “8124_save_PSO.”
Follow and complete the instructions of the vehicle diagnostic tester.
