Cause
A customer may comment that the ABS activates when turning or that the Service
Stability message is displayed in the DIC after the vehicle has been up tted.
The vehicle frame may have been modi ed (lengthened or shortened) as a result of
the vehicle up t.
Correction:
Dealer will need to measure the wheelbase of the vehicle to verify it is the same length as built from factory. If
not, dealer will need to refer to the latest version of GM Up tter Integration Bulletin 185 to ensure the EBCM has
been reprogrammed with the correct calibrations for the modi ed frame length.
