while opening

This Diagnostic Sheet serves as a guide and provides additional diagnostic info for possible liftgate
to tonneau cover fitment interference. Please follow this diagnostic sheet and provide
measurement to BOL before performing repairs:
Models: MC20 Cielo (M240) All MY
Diagnosis
1. Record a video that clearly shows the point of interference found and the procedure applied
opening the liftgate door.
NOTE: Follow the owner’s manual to open the Rear Hood (or Liftgate): Section “Access the Engine
Compartment (for MC20) or Rear Luggage Compartment (for MC20 Cielo)”
2. Perform two gap and profile measurements between the liftgate door and tonneau cover at the
points highlighted in the image below with the red lines.

The gap specification “GAP1” is 8,5 0/+0,5 mm The tonneau cover profile specification “FLUSH”
compared to the tailgate door is 1 ±1 mm
