Issue Description
Due to an allocation error on the parts list, full bucket
seats with Shadegreen decorative seam color, instead of the ordered individual decorative seam color,
were installed on the affected vehicles.
To ensure customer satisfaction, the full bucket seat
backrest and headrest covers must therefore be replaced by the version ordered by the customer.
What should Porsche Centers do?
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out as
soon as possible on affected vehicles.
As of the time of this posting (4/8/24) the remedy
is now available.
Parts can be ordered via PPL as normal.
