Throttle Position Sensor In Range But Higher Than Expected
DTC P1128, sometimes indicated as P112800 is an OBD diagnostic trouble code indicating a manufacturer-specific fault with the vehicle powertrain (i.e. engine and gearbox). This code identifies an error with the air/fuel mixture causing throttle position sensor in range but higher than expected.

At subzero temperature (below 0) car starts with check engine light on (error code P1128), traction control and vsc disabled. Idle at 600-800 rpm. Engine does not respond to acceleration pedal, so car is not drivable. After warming engine up and erasing error code from ecu car drives normally.

Something should be done about this because this isn't poor driving or poor care for a car its poor quality.
