Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow/Pressure Sensor Circuit High Bank 2
DTC P2438, sometimes indicated as P243800 is an OBD diagnostic trouble code indicating a manufacturer-specific fault with the vehicle powertrain (i.e. engine and gearbox). This code identifies an error with the auxiliary emissions system causing secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor circuit high bank 2.

2013 TOYOTA TACOMA with 76000.0 miles
Takata recall - error code P2437 and P2438. My truck has 76000 miles on it and is now in limp mode. It was very scary when it went there on the highway. I've seen online this problem existing on other Toyota vehicles and they have recalls, but not the Tacoma. This problem needs to be addressed. The truck won't go above 45 mph and the trac light is on and the check engine light. It just... Happened. Look into this common problem please and address it correctly.

2012 TOYOTA TACOMA with 24000.0 miles
2012 Tacoma with 24k miles. Check engine light and trc light came on with truck in limp mode when i started it to go to work. Codes P0412 P2433 P2438 P2442. Toyota wont cover this and its a defect in many many 2012 Tacomas.
