  • CA Recall: Wheels
    Issue: on certain trucks, the lug nuts on the rear-outer wheels were not properly tightened during assembly. this could cause the nuts to loosen or fall off, and could result in a wheel separating from the vehicle. safety risk: a wheel separation could increase the risk of a crash. a wheel that detaches from a vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people. corrective actions: isuzu will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the rear-outer wheel lug nuts and tighten them or install new ones, as necessary.
