    Issue: on certain motorhomes, the front brake hoses may contact the fender liners. this could cause damage to the hoses that can result in a brake fluid leak. if this happens, brake performance could be reduced. note: a brake fluid leak can cause the low brake fluid warning to turn on. safety risk: reduced brake performance can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. corrective actions: mercedes-benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the front brake hoses. if the hoses are damaged, they will be replaced. additionally, the front fenders liners will be cut to prevent future damage.
