  • CA Recall: Brakes
    Issue: on certain trucks, the support plate for the brake pedal could fail. if this happens, the brake pedal could detach and cause a loss of braking. safety risk: a loss of brakes can create the risk of a crash. corrective actions: volvo will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to inspect the pedal plate. if a crack is found, the plate will be replaced.
