Recall 2021331

  • CA Recall: Powertrain
Issue: on certain atvs, the throttle lever stop could break. if this happens, the throttle could stick in the open position. note: this replaces recalls a-18-06 and a-20-01 (transport canada recalls 2018-194 and 2020-169). atvs that were repaired under either recall also require this repair. safety risk: if the throttle sticks in the open position, an operator may be unable to slow or control the speed of the atv. this could create the risk of a crash. corrective actions: polaris advises that you should stop using your atv immediately. the company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your atv to a dealer to replace the throttle speed control bracket.
