Recall RSPV/2022/001 [UK]: The throttle speed control stop can break
The throttle speed control stop can break if the throttle speed control bracket is contacted with excessive force. do not drive and follow procedure to replace the speed control bracket on all affected vehicles.
Recall RSPV/2020/011 [UK]: The throttle lever stop may have been damaged during shipping
The throttle lever stop might have been damaged during shipping check for damage on the neck of the throttle lever. If damage is found the throttle lever shall be replaced.
Recall 2021331 [Canada]: Powertrain
Issue: on certain atvs, the throttle lever stop could break. If this happens, the throttle could stick in the open position. Note: this replaces recalls a-18-06 and a-20-01 (transport canada recalls 2018-194 and 2020-169). Atvs that were repaired under either recall also require this repair. Safety risk: if the throttle sticks in the open position, an operator may be unable to slow or control the speed of the atv. This could create the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: polaris advises that you should stop using your atv immediately. The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your atv to a dealer to replace the throttle speed control bracket.
Recall 2020169 [Canada]: Engine
This recall was replaced by transport canada recall no. 2021-331. Issue: on certain atvs, the throttle lever stop may have been damaged during shipping. As a result, the throttle could stick in the open position. Safety risk: if the throttle sticks in the open position, an operator may be unable to slow or control the speed of the atv. This could create the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your atv to a dealer to replace the throttle lever assembly and limiter. To reduce the safety risk, polaris recommends that you should avoid riding your atv until the recall repairs have been completed.
