Issue: on certain side-by-side utv's, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. This could cause the throttle to stick open. Note: this recall replaces r-21-01 (transport canada recall 2021-008). If your utv was inspected as a part of that recall, but the accelerator pedal was not replaced, your utv requires this repair. Safety risk: a throttle that sticks in the open position could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: the company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your utv to a dealer to replace the accelerator pedal.
