CA Recall: Powertrain
This recall was replaced by transport canada recall no. 2021-782. issue: on certain side-by-side utv's, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. this could cause the throttle to stick open. safety risk: a throttle that sticks in the open position could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash. corrective actions: the company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your utv to a dealer to inspect, and if necessary, replace the accelerator pedal. to reduce the safety risk, the company recommends that you should avoid driving your utv until the recall repairs have been completed.
