  Sabersport is recalling 16,270 combination corner and bumper lamp assemblies of various part numbers sold for use as aftermarket equipment for various passenger vehicles. These headlamps fail to conform to the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment." these lamps do not contain the required amber side reflectors.

• Recall 7711 [USA]: If the brake overheat, brake fading could lead to an increase in needed stopping distance. should a driver not anticipate the extra stopping distance, this condition could cause a crash.
  Vehicle description: non-abs equipped passenger vehicles. The brake master cylinder piston retainer snap ring may have been bent inward during the assembly process. The master cylinder piston may be in a "brake applied" position due to the damaged piston retainer snap ring. When the piston is in the applied position, the fluid compensation ports are closed which results in a brake drag condition.

  On certain vehicles, the driver seat recliner bolts could break which would allow the seat back to recline unexpectedly while the vehicle is in motion. Correction: dealer will replace the recliner bolts with new shoulder bolt and, for vehicles with power driver seats built through january 2000, the recliner tracks will be realigned and a longer recliner driveshaft will be installed to prevent disengagement.

  On certain vehicles, the adjustable turning loop on the shoulder belt top mounting bolt may have been manufactured with a core hardness that exceeds the specification for this type of application. Due to the excessive core hardness, these mounting bolts may not withstand the force required to function properly in certain impact situations, increasing the risk of injury to a belted occupant. Correction: the upper adjustable turning loop bolt will be replaced with a bolt of proper hardness.

Hello, on friday, february 19th, i experienced a catastrophic failure of a yokohama iceguardig20 tire. The entire inside side wall of the tire completely failed. Please see attached document named "yoko tire failure - 2016feb26.Pdf" for details of the event a photos. The other attached documents contain information on the cost to replace the failed tire. I submitted correspondence to yokohama on february 26th, 2016. They have not responded in 60 days so i am submitted to the nhtsa to lodge a complaint. The yokohama website clearly indicates there is a five year warranty. However, they did not respond to date. I am quite disappointed with their lack of response. Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated. I never experienced anything like this before in nearly thirty years of my driving experience. My engineering background strongly makes me believe there is an issue with these tires. Turn lights off car cuts off.

I read on the internet under 2000 chrysler concorde that there is a master brake issue if you don't have abs brakes. It affects the stopping and the brakes constantly rub. That is the main concern i have with my car.

Ive been informed of a lot of recalls on my car and would like them fixed due to safety issues.

I was leaving work when the incident occurred and my life literally flashed in front of my eyes . I entered the freeway via the merge lane at approximately 30 mph. When i entered the freeway i slowly increased my speed to 50 mph. After approximately 3 miles on the freeway the engine made a loud knocking noise and shut off. At this point i lost all control of the vehicle, i could not steer. My vehicle scrapped off the jersey barrier and i pushed the brake pedal but the vehicle would not stop. I then pushed on the brake pedal as hard as i could causing me to skid sideways in the middle of the road. There was a vehicle behind me that had to swerve out of the way to avoid hitting me and in doing so he collided with another vehicle. I came to a stop in the middle of the road facing the wrong way on the road. Luckily there were no injuries but this could have been way worst. I took the vehicle to a mechanic who advised me that the engine failed due to sludge buildup in the engine. He also stated that this is a common problem with this engine made by chrysler. I have changed my oil every 3k miles and i have paperwork to prove this. I cannot for life of me understand how a knowing person of this problem can turn an eye to it without doing something about it. This situation could have gone the other way, can we please do something before it does. What if it happens to your father or your mother or your kids. There has to be something we can do here! As i was driving my air ag was released. In doing so my arm was hurt due to the air being developed. Prior to that happening anytime i would park my car and set the alarm it wouldn't lock or unlock then it would reset my radio and light would start to flicker. *tr

There was no accident involved. All of a sudden the air bag light went on and it started to ding on and off. Took to mechanic who took to chrysler dealer who said there was a recall back in 2000 regarding the fact that there was a recall concerning the seat belts affecting the air bag light. No one could find anything wrong with the car except the air bag light continues to go on even when the seat belts are not connected. It is really bothering me as i drive and this noise keeps binging and the light stays on. What is the solution??? *tr

The lifts on the hood and trunk have both been replaced because of falling. The door and headlight trim is going to have to be replaced because it has pulled completely off the doors and headlights because of shrinkage, then while driving down the interstate at 65 miles an hour the hood molding came flying off and went over the top of the car and landed in the ditch. These are defects which i feel chrysler should replace. *tr

Hello, i would just like to take the time to explain the situation with my year 2000 chrysler concorde lx. I am a college student and i purchased this car roughly a year and a half ago with 41,000 miles on it. The carfax vehicle report stated that the car had perfect routine maintenance and it was owned by one female owner over the course of its life. After owning the car i now have about 65,000 miles on this car, with perfect routine maintenance. I am experiencing the symptoms of the engine sludge problem that these 2.7 liter engines experience. My rpms are dropping to low revs at idle, and my mechanic says that the engine will eventually seize while driving. At this point i no longer drive the vehicle and leave it stationary in my parents garage. To replace these engines they cost around 4,000 - 10,000 dollars. That is more than the price of the vehicle itself. There is clearly a defect in the engine design, and any quick google search can show this. There are hundreds upon thousands of complaints online in public forums and engine oriented websites. I only hope that this organization investigates this situation, and takes it seriously. *tr
